Description: The building faces north and is a two story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building 1s located on landscaped grounds. The center section has a large porch supported by four white coolred columns rising to a wide pediment at the roof line. On the hipped roof is a square white colored cupola. On the east and west sides are one story wings with flat roof line.
