Description: The building faces west and is a three story red and light gray colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds. The west front has a central entrance with pink colored columns on each side and pediment above. There is a similar entrance on the south side. The roof is Hipped. On the north and east sides are one story red colored brick sections with flat roof lines. The building houses the District Court.
