Description: The building faces south and is a two story red coloured brick and concrete structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds. The south front has large glass windows and a central entrance on the second story which is at ground level. The north side descended the hill with a first story entrance.The building houses the Ontario Court of Justice, City Hall and Public Library.
