Description: The building faces south and is a two story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. The south front has a central portico with three white colored columns rising to a wide pediment. A wide white colored horizontal band runs below the flat roof line. On the west side of the front, a section projects slightly and rises to a green colored hipped roof. The east side has a projecting section with green colored roof.
