South Division Courthouse – Lynnwood

Contractor:  R M Mattson & Son Inc.

 

Description:  The building faces east and is a one story buff colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds and is diamond shaped. The east front has a recessed entrance with glass panels. The windows are vertical. A wide brown colored overhang follows the flat roof line which has five conical raised roof sections. The building is known as the South Snohomish County Justice Building and houses the South Division of the District Court.
