Description: The building faces southwest and is a two story red and tan colored brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds on the east side of Perry.The southwest front has a central entrance with four high columns supporting a wide concrete pediment. On either side are projecting tan colored brick section with vertical dividers between the windows. To the north and south are dark red colored brick vertical dividers with windows between. The roof line is flat.

Description: The building faces south and is a two story gray colored stucco structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Perry. The south front has a central entrance on the first story. The building has projecting corner sections with wide eaves at the roof line. The main section of the building rises higher and has wide eaves. The former courtroom was located on the north side of the second story. In 2005, the building was remodeled and changed to the Houston County Government Building. The architect was JMA Architecture, Inc. of Perry and the contractor was Hogan Construction Group of Norcross.
History: The court met at different locations from 1821 to 1857. The first courthouse was built in Perry in 1857. The second courthouse was constructed in 1948 and is still standing. The third and present courthouse was constructed in 2000 to 2002. Courthouses were constructed in Warren Robins.

Description: The building faces west and is a one story red colored brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds. The west front has white colored concrete center section with porches on either side with concrete pillars rising to the flat roof line. There are recessed glass walls. The courtroom is located on the east side of the entrance lobby.

Description: The building faces west and is a one story red colored brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds to the north of the courthouse. The west front has white colored center porch with six columns rising to the flat roof line with a raised center. The entrances are at either end of the porch. There are vertical windows and a white colored band runs along the roof line. The building is named as the Juvenile Justice Complex. .
