Description: The building faces north and is a two story dark red colored brick and concrete structure. The north front has a central semicircular section with vertical openings and entrance on the first story. The first story is recessed with brick pillars. A cream colored cement band runs along the flat roof line. The building houses the County Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit and County Court.
Note: The cost of construction was $10,200,000.
