Description: The building faces east and is a four story glass and concrete structure. The east front has a projecting central section with large horizontal windows. On the north and south are curved towers with recessed entrances on the first story. The roof line is flat. The foundation contractor was C H Nickerson and the engineer was C E Maguire Inc. The building was renovated in 2001. The architect was Kaestle Boos Associates Inc. and the contractor was ACMAT Corporation.
