Description: The building faces west and is a one story red colored brick, yellow colored stucco and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Ordway. The building has three porticos on the west side, supported by square brick columns. The main entrance is located in the center of the west side. Red colored brick decorates the lower part of the west side. The building has a red colored hipped roof. The building houses the County District Court and County Court of the 16th Judicial District.

Description: The building faces south and is a two story buff colored brick structure. The south front has a large one story porch supported by four pillars. On the hipped roof is a large dormer. An addition was added on the north side.
