Description: The building faces east and is a four story concrete structure. The east front has two square towers which project from the main building. The north tower has a large arch on the first story with entrance to the City Hall. The Court entrance is located on the north side. Vertical pilasters decorate the building and run between the windows. The roof line is flat. The building is named as the Watsonville Civic Plaza.
