County Courthouse – Morgan Hill

Description: The building faces southeast and is a two story concrete and glass structure. The front of the building has a projecting canopy on the first story with glass paneled entrance. Behind is a recessed section with overhanging roof. The windows are vertical and the roof line is flat. The building is named as the South County Courthouse.
Note: The building manager was Todd Associates of San Jose and San Francisco. The cost if construction was $31,800,000.
