Description: The building faces southeast and is a three story steel, concrete and glass structure. The southeast front is curved with long vertical windows. A concrete wall projects from the building with the main entrance is on the first story. The south and east wings project from the curved central section. The roof line is flat. The building is part of the Orange County Civic Plaza. The building house the 4th Distrct Court of Appeal.- Divisin Three.
