Description: The building faces west and is a one story buff and brown colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds in the center of Wynne.. The north section is lower than the south section. At the center is the main recessed entrance entrance with glass panel hallway connecting the north administrative section with the south court section. The large courtroom is located in the south section. The roof line is flat.
Note: A courthouse was built in Vanndale in 1888. The previous courthouse was designed by Bruce Architectural Company and constructed by M T Lewman & Company in 1904 in Wynne.
