Description: The building faces east and is a three story buff colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Hillsboro. The east front has a projecting center section with four large columns rising to a wide header below the roof line. The building is connected on the west side to the Justice Services Building. There are large sequoia trees surrounding the building. On the north side is the Public Safety Building.

Description: The building faces west and is a four story concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the city center to the west of the courthouse. The west front has a center section which projects from the building and has square towers on either side of the recessed entrance. The towers rise above the flat roof line. The windows are horizontal. The building is connected to the courthouse on the east side. The building was remodeled in 1990 to 1992. The architect was GBD Architects of Portland and the contractor was LD Maltson, Inc. of Salem. The construction manager was Swinney and Associates of Portland.

The building is located on landscaped grounds in the city center on the north side of the courthouse. The north front has a projecting center section with recessed entrance on the first story. Along the east and west sides are horizontal windows with concrete dividers. The roof line is flat. The building is attached to the courthouse on the south side and was constructed as a jail.
