Description:  The Franklin County Government Center was constructed between 1969 to 1991. Built in 1969, the Hall of Justice is a ten story concrete and glass structure. The building faces north and is located on the northeast side and was completed in 1973. Built in 1977, the Municipal Court is a nineteen story buff colored concrete and glass structure. The building faces east and is located on the southeast side and was completed in 1979. The architect was Prindle & Patrick and the contractor was Morse Diesel Inc. Built in 1989, the central building is a twenty-seven story steel, concrete and glass structure. The building faces east and is located on the west side and was completed in 1991. The architect was Design Group, Inc. ( USR Consultants ) . The Court of Appeals is located on the 24th story.
