Description: The building faces north and is a nine story white colored concrete structure. The building is located in the center of Albany on the south side of the State Capitol. The windows are vertical and the top section projects. The roof line is flat. The building is named as the Robert Abrams Building For Law And Justice. The building houses the Third Department of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court with the courtroom located on the fifth story. The building was enlarged. The architect was RicciGreene Associates.
