Description: The buildings faces west and include a seven story red colored brick and concrete structure and lower buildings. The buildings are located on spacious landscaped grounds. At the west side are the high buildings with the building on the north side having a glass wall ascending to the roof. The entrance is one story and connected to the buildings with a large building on the west. The buildings house the First District Courts. Along the east side are the lower two story buildings which house the Supreme Court and Family Court. The roof lines are flat
