Description: The building faces northeast and is a one story red colored brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Franklin. The northeast front has a glass panel center section with entrance. Above is a high white colored gable with round seal at the center. The sides of the building are red colored brick with flat roof. The main section has a sloped roof.
