Description:  The building faces east and is a two story rusticated sandstone structure. The east front has an arched entrance in the center of the first story. There is an arched entrance on the south side. The building has a red colored roof. An addition was built on the west and north sides in 1928. The architect was J G Link, Inc.

Description:  The building faces north and is a one story dark red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is called the Courthouse Annex. The north front has a glass panel entrance. The roof line is flat.
