Description: The buildinng faces north and is a three story dark red colored brick structure. The building has white stone pillars at each wing of the front facade, white stone trim am and a roof of West Virginia slate. The north front has decorative wood doors. The entrance lobby is an open square with the massive marble staircase extending up to the second floor. The two Supreme Court Chambers are located on the second floor in the southwest and southeast corners of the building. The building houses a two story library which extends the length of the building. The Stat Capitol is north across the street.
