Description: The building faces east and is a three story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. The east front has a central entrance on the first story with projecting center section rising to a peak with circular crest at the top. The first story is faced with gray colored concrete. The third story is recessed with small windows. The roof line is flat.
