Description: The building faces west and is a two story red colored brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds on the south side of the old courthouse to the west of the center of St. Francisville. The west front has a small portico with four columns rising to a pediment at the roof line. The building has wide eaves along the flat roof. On the west side is the old courthouse. In the interior is a foyer rising to the second story where are located two courtrooms. The building houses the District Court of the 20th Judicial District.

Description: The building faces north and is a two story red colored brick structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds on the north side of the courthouse, to the west of the center of St. Francisville. On each side is a portico with four thin columns rising to a pediment. On the center of the roof is an octagonal dome with clock and black colored roof. The large courtroom is located on the second story. The building houses the District Court of the 20th Judicial District, An addition was constructed on the west side in 1963.

Description: The building faces north and is a two story light red-white colored stucco, brick and wood frame structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds on the south side of the old courthouse to the west of the center of St. Francisville. The north front has an entrance towards the west. There are green colored shutters. The roof is hipped. The building served as the courthouse from 1824 to 1829 and is named as The Cabildo.
History: The parish was created in 1824 when Feliciana Parish was split into two parishesand St, Francisville was selected as the parish seat. The first parish courthouse between 1824 and 1829 was a rented two story building in St. Francisville, which is still standing. From 1829 to 1853, the second courthouse was the old St. Francisville Hotel and the third courthouse was constructed in 1852 on the site of the fourth courthouse constructed in 1903 and which is still standing. The fifth and present courthouse was constructed in 2004 to 2005.
