Description: The building faces north and is a four story buff colored limestone and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds along the north side of Capitol Lake to the north of the State Capitol in the center of Baton Rouge. The north front has a recessed entrance on the first story and on the second story. The roof line is flat. The building houses the First Court of Appeal and the large courtroom is located on the southwest side of the second story.
