Description: The building faces east and is a one story concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. On the east side is an enclosed courtyard. The building is square.The entrance and east wall is recessed. There is a sloped green roof with a raised glass section at the top. The building houses the Second District Appellate Court.
