Description: The building faces north onto Avenida Juan de la Luz Enriquez.and is located on the east side of Parque Juarez in the centre of Xalapa. The building was constructed on the site of the viceregal casas consistoriales. The exterior is pink coloured stone and the façade contains the shields of the cities of Veracruz, Xalapa, Cordoba and Orizaba. Along the ground level of the north front is an arched walkway. Above the roof line in the centre is a parapet with bell. The building has a mural by Jose Chavez Moreno depicting the history of justice.

At the north is the main entrance with an open courtyard. Further south and on the east side is the round structure housing the Legislative Chamber. The building houses the State Congress ( Honorable Congreso del Estado de Veracruz ).

Description: The building faces west and is located is located in the northeast part of the Xalapa. On the northeast side is Avenida Ferrocaril Interoceanico. The modern concrete and glass building sits on the side of slopping hill surrounded by landscaped grounds. The main entrance is on the west side. The building houses the Tribunal Superior de Justicia.
