Description:  The building faces south and is three story white coloured concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds of Plaza Centenario facing onto a park which extends south to Chetumal Bay in the centre of Chetumal. The rectangular shaped building has a central section of three floors and the west wing and east wing are two stories. The state coat-of-arms is atop the central section with a bell. A balcony runs along each floor on the south side. The building houses the Office of the Governor and is the Government Palace (Palacio de Gobierno).

Description:  The building faces north and is a yellow coloured concrete structure, The building is located a spacious landscaped grounds on a small point of land on Chetumal Bay in the city centre Colonia Centro in Chetumal to the west of the Government Palace. The yellow coloured building is a shell shaped structure. The main entrance is at the northwest corner. There is another entrance on the east side. On the south side, slanted concrete beams rise to the centre of the round roof. The interior has many wall murals. The Legislative Chamber is located in the round windowless hall on the north side of the building. The Speaker’s podium is located on the south side of the Legislative Chamber with the members’ seats and gallery on the north. The centre rotunda contains many colourful murals. On the south side is another lower round structure. The building is the Legislative Palace (Palacio Legislativo) and houses the State Congress (Honorable Congreso del Estado de Quintana Roo).

Description:  The building faces east and is a one story white coloured concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds along Chetumal Bay in the center of Chetumal to the east of the Government Palace. The faces northeast onto a small plaza at Avenida Independencia and Avenida 22 de Enero with the entrance on the northeast side. In front the building is a bronze statue of Lady Justice. The building is modern Pre-Columbia Maya style and extends west with a two story section on the northeast corner of Avenida Francis I. Madero and Boulevard Bahia. Along Avenida Francis I. Madero is the section called the “Poder Judicial”. The building is the Justice Palace (Palacio de Justicia ) and houses the Tribunal Superior de Justicia.
