Description: The building faces west and is a four story buff coloured brick and concrete structure. The building is located in the centre of Regina to the northeast of the courthouse. The north wing extends west to the street line and rises above the main building. The main building is recessed with a small park area in front and with a central entrance. The windows are horizontal and the roof line is flat.
