Description: The building faces west and is a two story concrete and glass structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds in the city centre. On the west front the first story is recessed with vertical concrete pillars. The centre section projects with the entrance on the first story. On the roof the centre section rises above the roof line and has narrow horizontal windows. The building was renovated. The architect was MLS + Associes, Architectes Inc. and Jodion Lammarre Pratt.
