Description: The building faces west and is a two story grey coloured rough-hewn limestone structure. There are landscaped grounds. The west front has a central arched entrance on the first story. The second story has arched windows. There are four pillastres and smaller north and south wings with entrances. A wide cornice runs along the roof line with a rounded segmental pediment at the front. The building has sandstone trim. The building is now Mackenzie Hall.
Note: The first courthouse was built in 1820.

Description: The building faces south and is a seven story glass and concrete structure. Along the south front are concrete columns rising to a wide header at the second story. The windows are horizontal with small square shaped windows on the seventh story. The building is named as the Justice Facility and houses the Superior Court of Justice.
Note: The cost of construction was $47,600,000.
