Description: The building faces north and is a two story dark red colourerd brick and concrete structure. The north front has a small white coloured portico at the central entrance. On the west side is a one story addition, The roof is hipped with an octagonal white coloured cupola. The building houses the Ontario Court of Justice and the City Hall.
