Thompson is named for John F Thompson, who was the chairman of the International Nickel Company “INCO”.

Description:  The building faces north and is a three story buff coloured brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on spacious landscaped grounds in the city centre. The roof line is flat. The building is named the Thompson Provincial Building and houses the court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court.
