Style:  Modern

Architect:  Killick Metz Bopwen Rose Architects of Vancouver

Contractor:  Bush, Bohlman & Partnes

 

Description:  The building faces north and is a two story structure. 

 

Note:  The cost of construction of the present courthouse and City Hall was $1,000,000.

 

Old Courthouse – Salmon Arm

Location:  20 Hudson Avenue NE / Macleod Street N

Built:  1929 – 1931

Style:  Tudor

Architect:  Henry Whittaker

Contractor:  William J Reader.of Salmon Arm

 

Description:  The building faces north and is a two story stucco structure.. The center section has three arches on the first story and rising to a peaked roof at the roof line. On either side of the center section are projecting sections with gable roofs.  The roof is hipped.
