Richmond is named for the Township of Richmond in Lennox County, Ontario, where the founder John Wesley Sexsmith was born.

Description: The building faces south and is a two story red coloured brick and concrete structure. The south front is a “U” shape with entrance at the northwest corner. The lower part of the building is faced with light red coloured brick and the upper part is grey coloured stucco. The roof line is flat. The building houses the Provincial Court.
