Description:  The building faces south and is a three story buff coloured brick, glass and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. The windows are horizontal and recessed with horizontal brick dividers between each story. The south front is curved with the entrance towards the west side. The roof line is flat. The Court is located in the Provincial Building.
